Season two got a rough start in many ways, but as the season went on we got a good setup going and started expanding our business. We grew our team, welcoming Demonin as our fourth co-owner and starting to create our merkmart team of friends helping us out. We created a big area along one side of spawn and built our store, a racetrack (merkkart) and a casino. We also built merkmarket, our public market where anyone could set up a shop. The goal of merkmarket was to allow more people to set up successful shops, making it easy to set up and easy for players to find them.

Season 2 was also when we started focusing a lot on public projects. We set up SMPOnline's first nether hub, with connections to different parts of the server. We created public and free raid and enderman farms, and also ran our own build event, the Single Building Build Event. We also created a bub area at the Hole event, and sponsored a lot of different player run projects and events.

In less important news, we also launched merkmart.online during season 2. It started off as just a redirect to our discord, and then evolved into different versions as we sponsored server events. You can revisit these versions through the footer of the website.
