After two and a half years of running this store, we are deciding to close our doors. We have loved running merkmart (for the most part) but it's time for us to move on and work on other things, it takes a lot of time and effort to keep something like this running. Thank you to everyone who has shopped at merkmart throughout the seasons and to those of you who have helped us out with different things, it's always been very appreciated.

A special thank you to our incredible merkmart team; Anthe, Bo, Bug, Devo, Eggbert, Grey, Juli, Lochii, Maiinii, Schnitz and TJ. You have all helped us so much. A last massive thank you to my fellow co-owners that joined me and helped grow merkmart throughout the seasons; Demonin, hq, gooplet and of course Depressed_Donut himself, my dear husband.

The buildings will be kept up as they are now, and as the shops sell out we'll remove the chests to increase performance. Everything still stocked will be sold until it sells out or we remove the shops later on.

Our enderman farm and public raid farms will be kept up, and all loot will be available to the players. If any of them stop working, send merk a message on discord and I'll look at it when I'm able to.

The highway system has always been a public system, and it should function without issues without our involvement. If there are any issues with the hubs, or if a location needs to be added to the highway map, let me know.

For now, yes. I don't know how long we'll keep the server up, but at least until I move this summer. Even if it's a low cost, it does cost money to keep the archive up, so it's not something we'll maintain forever. All worlds are now available to download through archive.merkmart.online (the website). That includes the most up to date version possible of the forever lost Season 3.

Not much. I'm going to work on getting more of the highway checkpoints finished, but outside of that we're done. We've had lots of fun on SMPOnline, but there's not much keeping us anymore.

Well, almost. Who knows what the consequences of us leaving merkmart behind will be...
